Band members past and present:

Tracey Lawrence
Lead vocals

Tracey is an accomplished singer who has sung professionally with a number of bands as well as appearing on the TV show Stars in Their Eyes with Matthew Kelly. Tracey joined the band in May 2015.
Steve Hubbard
Vocals / rhythm guitar

Vocalist Steve Hubbard started singing with local beat band “The Starlights” in 1964. In 1989 he played rhythm guitar/lead vocals for Sheerness rock band “Flash Back”. In 1990 they supported Status Quo session players and other bands at a charity gig on the Isle of Sheppey. Then in 2007 he joined “Ramblin Band” as drummer/lead vocals where he met bassist Nicola Kelly. In 2011, along with Nicola, they approached Mike Akhurst and formed the beginnings of “Key Street”. After 5 years with the band Steve decided that it was time to hang up his vocal chords and spend more time at home & with his family.
Nicola Kelly
Bass / backing vocals

Bassist Nicola Kelly, the 'baby of the band', got her love of music from her guitarist father, and starting playing rhythm/ lead at the tender age of about 8. She moved to Germany for 5 years with the British forces health service and regularly played with the amateur dramatics band, undertaking the role of Musical Director for two years running. On return from Germany she joined her father and started playing bass in the 'Ramblin Band', where she met Steve Hubbard or 'Uncle Stevie', and later went on to form 'Key Street' with Mike Akhurst, Tony Richman and David Price.
David Price

David added tenor saxophone to the band's sound when he joined the band in 2012. David also plays big band jazz in the Invicta Jazz Orchestra.
Tony Richman

Original 'Stixman' for 'The Blackstars', one of the top local bands around Sittingbourne & the South East area throughout the 60's, Tony Richman was persuaded to get behind a 'Kit' once again, after more than 40 years break, to join Steve, Nicola, Dave and original lead guitarist and long time friend, Mike in the 'Key Street' group that began life in 2011 and is now bringing  'Retro Rock & music across the genres' back to Sittingbourne and beyond. The beat goes on!
Rob Taylor
Lead Guitar

Founder member of ‘Witches Brew’ in the late 60s; in 1972 Rob joined ‘Red’ and other bands. During the 80s, he wrote the music to the musical ‘RUTH’ and ‘WARLOCK’. Mike Crowson wrote the script to both & the lyrics for WARLOCK. He then floated along in various bands up until 2005 when he teamed up with Malcolm Knight and Bryan Dillon White to form the ‘Cunning Stunts’ -a Pink Floyd cover band - still doing charity events with a new line up. But in 2013 Rob fell out of a tree which resulted in multiple injuries. So now, if he doesn’t use his walking stick, he ends up walking round in circles but still rocking! After Mike Akhurst decided to go solo, Rob Taylor stepped in to become the lead guitarist with Key Street where he has been knocking out great riffs since 2015.
